Mansfield Police Log: Assault, Warrant Arrests, and More

January 22

12:33 p.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of Chauncy Street and Perkins Avenue, a 45-year-old man from Raynham received a summons for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

3:42 p.m. - A 53-year-old was arrested and charged with violating a harassment prevention order.

January 24

8:00 a.m. - A caller on Park Street told police that items were stolen from his work van.

5:20 p.m. - Kenneth Barton, 45, of Mansfield, was arrested on School Street on a warrant.

7:40 p.m. - A summons was issued to a 47-year-old for assault and battery.

11:25 p.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of Route 140 and School Street, Derris Allen, 20, of Mansfield, was arrested on a warrant and a summons was issued to a 24-year-old woman from Bridgewater for operating a motor vehicle negligently to endanger, failure to yield at an intersection, and a marked lanes violation.

3:36 a.m. - A 27-year-old was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a family/household member and a 24-year-old received a summons for assault and battery on a family/household member.
