April 14

10:53 a.m. - A 22-year male from Norton at Kohl’s on School Street received a summons for shoplifting over $100 by concealing merchandise.

12:46 p.m. - A caller told police that her car on School Street was broken into. Her checkbook was taken from the car, with one of her checks being cashed in Mansfield.

1:02 p.m. - A 53-year-old from Mansfield was arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

1:09 p.m. - A caller reported two shoplifters at Kohl’s on School Street. One suspect will be summonsed while the second was able to provide a receipt for their return.

April 18

6:20 a.m. - A 50-year-old male from Milford received a summons during a traffic stop on East Street for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a vehicle with suspended registration, and operating without an inspection sticker.

11:16 p.m. - A break-in was reported at Bead Cache on North Main Street. The party fled down Kingman Avenue.

April 19

3:07 p.m. - A caller on Cedar Court told police that items were taken from her backyard.
