Mansfield Police Log: Disorderly Conduct, Assault and Battery,and More

June 18

The following is a summary of people were taken into custody during the KISS 108 Concert at the Xfinity Center:

• 2 people were taken into protective custody.
• A 26-year-old female from Sandwich received a summons for possession of a Class B drug.
• Christopher Linskey, 20, of Bridgewater, was arrested and charged with underage possession of liquor.
• Timothy Hinds, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession of liquor.

• David Voyer, 25, of Andover, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

9:56 p.m. - A 27-year-old male from Mansfield at the intersection of North Main Street and Route 106 was taken into protective custody.

10:17 p.m. - During a domestic incident, a 19-year-old from North Falmouth was arrested and a 53-year-old from North Falmouth received a summons. They were both charged with assault and battery on a family or household member.

10:29 p.m. - A 51-year-old from Sagamore Beach received a summons for assault and battery on a family or household member.

June 19

12:17 a.m. - During a domestic disturbance, a 20-year-old from Mansfield was taken into protective custody.

1:37 a.m. - A 22-year-old male from Norton on Mansfield Avenue was taken into protective custody.

9:19 p.m. - Police received a noise complaint in the parking lot of an apartment building on Copeland Drive. Michael Schomburg, 48, of Mansfield, was spoken to by police and advised of the complaint. At 9:40 p.m., the group once again turned up the music. Schomburg was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

10:30 p.m. - During a domestic disturbance, a 65-year-old male from Mansfield was taken into protective custody.
