October 18

1:03 a.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of Route 140 and West Street, a 27-year-old woman from Norwood received a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

9:01 a.m. - During a traffic stop near Bristol Plaza on East Street, police made an arrest and issued a summons. Jason Lopes, 48, of Cranston, R.I., was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for an OUI and a 45-year-old man from Seekonk received a summons for allowing improper operation of a motor vehicle.

2:12 p.m. - During a traffic stop on East Street, a 40-year-old man from Sharon received a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating without an inspection sticker.

12:50 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Bonney Lane, a 28-year-old woman from Brockton received a summons for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, not having a license in possession, and speeding.

1:22 a.m. - During a traffic stop near Sunoco on Copeland Drive, a 35-year-old man from Providence, RI.I received a summons for operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger, failure to stop/yield, and speeding in violation of a special regulation.

11:33 a.m. - A 54-year-old homeless man on Chilson Avenue was taken into protective custody.

7:08 a.m. - A 31-year-old from Mansfield was arrested and charged with assault on a family or household member.

October 22

2:56 p.m. - During a traffic stop near Memorial Park on Hope Street, Katy Loto, 47, of Norton, was arrested on a warrant.

5:22 p.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of Route 140 and School Street, a 41-year-old man from Franklin received a summons for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

3:35 a.m. - During a well being check on Pratt Street, a 28-year-old from Brockton was arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order and witness intimidation.
