Mansfield Police Log: Heroin Possession, Malicious Damage, and More

October 11

10:48 a.m. - An 18-year-old man from Norton on Reservoir Street received a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal ID, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

7:53 p.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of Pratt Street and Granada Circle, a 53-year-old woman from Mansfield received a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

October 14

10:54 a.m. - Mikayla Buttomer, 23, of Braintree, was arrested at Red Roof Inn on Forbes Boulevard on a warrant.

5:35 p.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of North Main and Pratt Streets, a 46-year-old woman from Foxborough received a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

8:59 p.m. - During proactive patrol at the intersection of Erick Road and Bonney Lane, a 26-year-old man from Central Falls, R.I. received a summons for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

October 15

9:23 a.m. - During a traffic stop near Tedeschi Food Shop on Chauncy Street, Devine Francis, 34, of Mansfield, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, possession of a Class A drug (subsequent offense), operating registered motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal ID, and possession of a Class B drug. A 35-year-old woman from Weymouth received a summons for being present where heroin is kept.

10:32 p.m. - A caller reported malicious damage to a motor vehicle near Sake on School Street. The victim said they are familiar with the suspect that caused the damage. The suspect, Timothy Hurley, 20, of Easton, was arrested and charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle.
