Mansfield Police Log: Stolen Tires, Drug Possession, and More

December 23

10:44 a.m. - A summons was issued for violating an abuse prevention order.

December 24

9:08 a.m. - A caller in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn told police that a truck’s tires were stolen.

3:02 p.m. - A 53-year-old from Mansfield received a summons for violating a harassment prevention order.

5:59 p.m. - Police responded to a three-car crash near Mansfield Crossing on School Street. After a field sobriety test was conducted, Vanessa Coogan, 28, of Norton, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop and yield.

December 29

10:11 a.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of East Street and Lawndale Road, Jose Baez, 40, of Providence, Rhode Island, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

December 30

1:48 p.m. - During a domestic disturbance, an arrest was made for assault and battery and possession of a Class E drug.
