Mansfield Police Update: 480 Calls, 13 Arrests

Here's a look at Mansfield police activity from the past week.

The following is from the Mansfield Police Department and is for Oct. 29-Nov. 4:

The Mansfield Police Department responded to 480 calls for service, a six percent decrease from the prior week. Officers responded to six 911 hang-ups, 42 medical calls, and 25 alarms, 15 of which were commercial and 10 were residential. Officers conducted 100 motor vehicle stops. There were 75 citations and 25 warnings.

Police made 13 arrests this past week; one was an on-site arrest, nine were summons, and three were warrant arrests. Five of the arrests were non-residents, and eight were residents.

In addition to the arrest reports written, officers wrote 13 incident reports this week. The arrest and incident reports include but are not limited to protective custodies, malicious destruction, violating an RO, possession of a Class B drug, shoplifting, warrants, disturbances, larcenies, disorderly conduct, threat, and identity fraud.

Officers responded to five accidents last week.
