Mansfield Schools Could Have 2 Assistant Superintendents
One would be in charge of academics and the other would be responsible for finance.

MANSFIELD, MA — The Mansfield Public School could soon have two assistant superintendents in the district.
Current Assistant Superintendent and incoming Superintendent Teresa Murphy told the school committee this week that she would like to have one assistant superintendent in charge of academics and the other in charge of finance, according to the Sun Chronicle. The position would be a reworking of the finance director position currently held by Ed Vozzella, who is retiring at the end of the year.
Murphy said she hopes to submit a job description next month and pick a candidate by March.
