Mansfield Snowstorm Central: Winter Storm Warning Issued
A winter storm is expected to bring a few inches of snow and high winds for Mansfield Saturday.

MANSFIELD, MA — Winter Storm Jonas will drop up to 10 inches of snow on Mansfield this weekend.
The storm is expected to wreak havoc on the mid-Atlantic Friday, possibly dropping up to 3 feet of snow on that region. By the time it reaches Massachusetts, however, it will have weakened.

Mansfield is expected to receive eight to 10 inches of snow and wind gusts up to 45 mph.
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Northern Bristol County and Mansfield. The warning is issued by the NWS when an average of six or more inches of snow is expected in a 12-hour period, or eight or more inches in a 24-hour period.

- TIMING: Snow will continue through Saturday night before tapering off after midnight.
- WINDS: Around 15-25 mph, with gusts as high as 45 mph.
