Mansfield Wrestling Celebrate Season with End of the Season Banquet

Thursday night, the Hornet wrestling team held their annual banquet at the Chateau in Norton.

Several awards were handed out by coach Eric Farley and his staff. Rookie of the year was awarded to Shane Walsh. The Iron Man Effort award was handed out to Victor Borborema, most improved to Sam Caskey and the Coaches award to Connor Burns. Captain Sam McLoughlin received the Outstanding Wrestler award and Captain Joe Herrick was named team MVP. 

Both Herrick and McLoughlin were recognized for being named to the Hockomock League and Sun Chronicle All Star teams. Max Trowbridge and Jake McCaffrey were announced as captain elects for the 2013-2014 season.
