Mansfield Wrestling Defeats Newton and Brookline

Mansfield participated in a quad match at Newton South high school. Mansfield defeated Brookline, 42- 21, and Newton South, 48-29.

They lost to Lincoln Sudbury, 67-0. George Bezreh (120), Jake McCaffrey (160) and Sam Caskey (220) each had 2 wins and 1 pin on the day. Max Trowbridge (170) and Mike Chace (152) each had two wins by pin. Other wrestlers recording a pin were captain Joe Herrick (138), Victor Borborema (132) and Connor Burns(145).

Mansfield takes their 2-1 record to Stoughton Wednesday night for their first Hockomock league match.
