Mansfield's 2016 Level 3 Sex Offender Map
Level 3 sex offenders are not wanted by the police, but they are considered at the highest risk for a repeat offense.
MANSFIELD, MA — There is one level 3 sex offender living, working or both, or just frequently spending time in the Town of Mansfield as of Oct. 16, 2016, according to the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board.
Only the most severe sex offenders with the highest risk to commit another offense are designated as level 3 offenders, according to local authorities. The offenders are not wanted by police, and using this information or harass, discriminate against, or harm these individuals is against the law.
- Joseph Lee Allen Jr., 49, lives at 6 Erik Rd. Apt. 74 and works at 64 Copeland Dr. In 1986, he was convicted of two counts of rape of a child with force and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older.
