Emergency Crews Respond Summerjam at Xfinity Center
Reports of multiple people needing medical attention.

Multiple emergency units were requested for parties in need of medical attention Saturday night during Jam’n 94.5’s Summerjam at the Xfinity Center.
At approximately 7 p.m., emergency crews at the venue requested aid from local communities after an influx of intoxicated teenage concertgoers were reported. According to Mansfield fire captain John Terry, the teens that needed medical attention were consuming alcohol off-site prior to arriving at the show.
Terry added that the evening was declared a level two mass casualty incident in order to receive more assistance from local EMS crews to transport patients to the hospital.
