Customer Service
- Receives inquiries from customers (e.g., employees, managers and external candidates) in an HR customer service and call center environment.
- Uses excellent communication and customer services skills to provide customers with accurate, consistent and timely responses to their questions, and issues regarding HR administrative and technology needs.
- Records caller inquiries and requests and communicates resolutions and updates cases using case management tools.
- Works to develop an in-depth understanding of the customer’s needs.
- Utilizes knowledgebase tool to provide consistent answers to customers.
- Determines if inquiry resolved to employee’s satisfaction and makes any required customer follow-up calls and conducts additional research as necessary.
- As required, escalates cases to appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Center of Excellence (CoE) if functional expertise is required.
- Identifies and resolves the customer’s issues and anticipates future needs by explaining/suggesting/providing additional information that the customer needs to know in order to successfully perform their duties.
- Educates customers on Tier 0 practices and tools such as intranet and knowledgebase to encourage customers to answer questions on their own.
- Educates customers on the functionality and use of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS).
- Interacts with other internal and external sources to ensure inquiries are properly directed for resolution.

- Performs basic administration processing and approval of transactions, data input and verification of required documentation.
- Ensures timely and accurate data entry and corrections of HR transactions into systems.
- Identify, navigate, research and troubleshoot HR transactional processes related to multiple HR based applications and associated systems.
- Retain ownership of assigned cases until closure with end user.
Continuous Improvement
- Analyzes own cases to evaluate if resolution requires changes to current process or if resolution should be added to the knowledgebase.
- Update and maintain knowledgebase FAQs, solutions and troubleshooting guides.
- Meets key performance measures such as average answer speed, case resolution time, customer service and call quality.
- Engages in continuous process improvement activities and programs.
- Performs special projects as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Collect and transmit consumer product data gathered from designated retail stores as assigned by:
* Counting forward reserve inventories
* Reconciling purchases (invoices) against inventories
* Scanning UPC codes via hand-held device
* Collecting display and promotional information
* Inputting product price information
* Collecting and entering custom survey observational data
* Transmitting collected data daily via internet based on the requirements of the collection device
* Plan and organize assigned work within CROSSMARK Retail Data Collection by:
* In-store observation studies
* Training updates
* Task lists
* Store assignments
* Newsletters
* Occasionally downloading and printing forms
* Meet CROSSMARK Retail Data Collection defined standards of work volume, quality, accuracy, cost containment, completeness, and timeliness by:
* Complying with travel and mileage standards established by Retail Data Collection
* Following management and CROSSMARK expectations on cost containment
* Completing assignments and transmitting data according to CROSSMARK’s established procedures and deadlines
* Submitting time card and expense information in accordance with CROSSMARK’s established procedures and schedules
* Communicate effectively with management and coworkers by:

* Checking email daily for operational updates
* Returning all phone calls within 1 business day and all emails within 2 business days

Lead Web Application Developer - MRI Network - Mansfield
The Software Engineer will be a core member of the product development team. The Software Engineer will be involved in implementing production quality business logic and backend code, write and execute unit level tests, and participate in code reviews. The development platform is Microsoft .NET (ASP.NET and C#) MVC 3.0 and SQL Server 2008.
Requirements
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, test and deploy data driven Web applications and modules according to specifications from the product management team. This includes business/application logic development and database design with limited screen/UI development
- Collaborate with the testing and Quality Assurance team to test the system functionality
- Provide technical support for existing product releases
Education/Language:

Professional Skills & Experience
- Software development experience in construction and testing of classes and interfaces
