MANSFIELD, MA - A Norton man accused of killing a Foxborough man in a Mansfield road rage incident has been indicted on a more serious charge.
Michael J. Hinds, 67, will face a charge of manslaughter while driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, according to the Sun Chronicle. He pleaded not guilty to the original charges in Attleboro District Court and will be arraigned in Fall River Superior Court on Feb. 25.
In November, Hinds allegedly made intentional contact with a Chevrolet 2500 driven by Foxborough resident Jarrad Aronne. The incident caused the Chevrolet to roll off of Route 495 near Exit 12 to Route 140. Aronne was flown to Rhode Island Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
