The Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce is excited about their second annual Back to School Buy Local Favorite Summer Memory Contest.
Kids between the ages of 8-15 can submit a story about their favorite summer memory along with pictures by August 13th. All stories must be between 100-500 words and include pictures.
A committee will review the entries. The finalist's stories will be posted on the Tri-Town Chamber Blog the week of August 19th for voting. The blog with the most comments by August 23 at 4:00pm will win an award prize sponsored by the stores at Patriot's Place to help them get ready to go back to school.
"Last year the chamber was flooded with entries and we expect the same this year," said Kara Griffin, Executive Director of the chamber. "All the stories were fabulous!"
