Over $19,000 In Checks From Mansfield Unclaimed

MANSFIELD, MA — If you're low on cash, you might want to check and see if you have an abandoned check at Town Hall

Mansfield has nearly 60 unclaimed checks totaling over $19,000, according to the town's website. Most of the checks go back a few years and have dates between 2007 and 2014. The biggest unclaimed check belongs to AC Intermediate Co. for $1,827.64. That check was issued on June 21, 2011. H.G. Dyer Company never claimed a $1,293.75 check issued on Feb. 7, 2012 and Andrew Calvario/Cornell University has $1,000 waiting for them.

If you have an unclaimed check, you have until Nov. 15 to file a claim.
