Police Log: Break-in, Suspicious Vehicle, and More

January 8

3:09 p.m. - A caller reported a breaking and entering to the guard shack on River Street. The break-in occurred sometime overnight during the previous evening.

January 9

10:04 a.m. - A caller reported two males using crowbars to enter a building on North Main Street. The men told the officer that they work for the new owner of the building, there was no issue at the time.

4:30 p.m. - A caller reported a possible past break-in to a home on High Street. The homeowner said that someone knocked at the back door around 5am this morning and left. The homeowner stated that this happened once in the past.

January 10

2:58 a.m. - A caller reported that a vehicle pulled into his driveway, a person came out, walked by the windows, and left the area. It is unknown whether the person got back into the vehicle or which direction the vehicle went.
