Police Log: Crash Leads to 2nd OUI Charge, Drug Fraud, and More

March 4
6:29 p.m. - Officers repsonded to a report that struck a tree neat the intersection of West and School Streets. The driver, Michael Svenson, 56, of Mansfield, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger; operating under the influence of liqour, second offense; and a marked lanes violation.
11:23 p.m. - A caller reported a heavily damaged vehicle at the Tahana on Oakland Street. One person, a 46-year-old male from Taunton, received a summons for misleading an investigation and leaving the scene of property damage. A 47-year-old male from Middleboro and a 44-year-old female from Middleboro received summons for misleading an investigation.

11:41 p.m. - An 18-year-old female from Attleboro inside a vehicle on Donovan Lane received a summons for underage possession of liqour.

9:54 a.m. - A 37-year-old woman from Hyde Park at CVS on Chauncy Street received a summons for two counts of uttering a false prescription and obtaining a drug by fraud.
4:01 p.m. - A 20-year-old male from Bridgewater received a summons at Dub's Liquors for using a fake RMV document and apptempted underage possession of liquor.
