Police Log: Heroin Charges, Shoplifting, and More

September 21

9:00 p.m. - After receiving a call concerning a car all over the road, police pulled over the vehicle at the intersection of East and Franklin Streets. While pulled over, police arrested and charged Arlindo Silva, 38, of Pawtucket, RI with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and following too closely.

1:58 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop near Memorial Park on Hope Streets, a summons was issued to a 36-year-old female from Mansfield for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of a special regulation.

1:29 p.m. - A summons was issued to a 35-year-old female from Mansfield at CVS on Chauncy Street for shoplifting over $100 by asportation.

September 25

5:07 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on North Main Street, a summons was issued to a 37-year-old male from Pembroke for operating with suspended registration, operating with an uninsured motor vehicle, and having an expired inspection sticker.

9:25 p.m. - While with EMS for a medical incident at Dunkin’ Donuts on Chauncy Street, police arrested one and issued a summons.

A summons was issued to a 24-year-old female from Mansfield for possession of heroin.

Scott Demesquita, 31, of Framingham was arrested and charged with possession of heroin and possession of suboxone.
