Police Log: OUI, Disorderly Conduct, Shoplifting

May 23

11:09 a.m. - A 911 call reported an erratic operator on East Street. After police located the vehicle, a 52-year-old male from Fall River received a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

May 24

1:00 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Pratt Street, Kristen Liberty, 34, of Mansfield, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger, and a marked lanes violation.

May 25

11:48 a.m. - A male trying to take copper from a West Street property was reported. The male, a 44-year-old from Norton, received a summons for disorderly conduct and attempting to commit a crime.

5:42 p.m. - Four people were detained at Kohl’s for shoplifting. An 18-year-old female from Plainville received a summons for shoplifting over $100 by asportation, an 18-year-old female from Franklin received a summons for shoplifting over $100 by asportation, an 18-year-old female from North Attleboro received a summons for larceny over $250, and a 17-year-old juvenile received a summons for larceny over $250.
