Police Log: Person Arrested With Four Warrants and More

September 16

8:11 a.m. - A resident on Michael Lane told police that there was an attempt to access the residence through the back sliding door at around 4:00 a.m. The story was confirmed by police.

11:22 a.m. - Derek Burns, 28, of Gardner was arrested with a warrant after he turned himself in at the police station.

2:26 p.m. - A suspicious male in a truck was reported near the schools on Park Street. An officer spoke to the male, he was picking up his two grandsons on Hope Street to avoid the traffic.

2:22 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of South Main and Willow Streets, a summons was issued for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle (expired license) and speeding in violation of a special regulation (42 mph in a 30 mph zone).

September 18

10:28 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on South Main Street, police arrested John Jodoin, 38, of Mansfield with four warrants.

September 19

9:38 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Fuller Place and Oakland Street, a summons was issued for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of a special regulation.

September 20

12:48 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop at Sunoco on Copeland Drive, police arrested and charged Nolan Crudele, 23, of Mansfield with operating under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger, and failure to stop/yield at a red light.

11:01 p.m. - Diane Lahey, 57, of Mansfield was arrested with a warrant on Rumford Avenue.

11:07 p.m. - Police received a 911 call from a highly intoxicated female talking non-coherent words on High Street. When police arrived, a 53-year-old female from Mansfield was taken into protective custody.
