Police Log: Second Drunken Driving Offense, Failing to Register as a Sex Offender, and More

The following is from the Mansfield Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned do not imply conviction.

November 6

1:05 a.m. - Police in Foxborough reported a possible erratic operator. The vehicle pulled off into the Longhorn Steakhouse parking lot before heading towards Route 495. After police observed the vehicle crossing the yellow line, the vehicle was stopped. The operator, Tyrone Stokley, 32, of Manville, R.I., was arrested and charged with drunken driving (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to signal, and marked lanes violation.

7:28 p.m. - A riot in progress was reported at a home on Stearns Avenue. The caller told police that two females were throwing glasses and breaking things. A 16-year-old and 15-year-old on Stearns Avenue were arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct. The 15-year-old was additionally charged with assault and battery.

November 7

7:57 a.m. - A 51-year-old from Mansfield was arrested on a warrant and charged with assault and battery on a family or household member.

8:24 p.m. - A 15-year-old juvenile received a summons on Stearns Avenue for two counts of assault and battery,

November 8

8:57 a.m. - The Boston Police Department requested assistance in locating a male that was exposing himself in the city. Justin Bailey, 25, of Mansfield, was located on Francis Avenue, arrested, and charged with failing to register as a sex offender.
