Police Log: Stolen Credit Card, Suspected Hacked Computer, and More

January 25
11:04 p.m. - A caller on Erick Road reported a suspicious electrical worker working in the basement of her building. Two officers spoke with contractor, and were told that he is rebuilding storage bins. Shortly later, the contractor locked up for the night and went home

1:45 p.m. - A resident on Bonney Lane told police that she thought someone hacked into her computer and possibly her bank accounts. An officer reported that she was locked out of her computer due to incorrect passcodes. She was advised.

9:47 a.m. - A woman on Concetta Drive told police that her son left her home the previous night and stole her credit cards. Police were able to locate the man at the Marriott Courtyard in Foxborough off of Route 140 where he made $800 in charges. After arriving at the hotel, police arrested and charged Charles Ingolia, 28, of Mansfield with larceny over $250 and receiving a stolen credit card.
4:56 p.m. - Police issued a “be on the lookout” for a vehicle in Mansfield. After it was pulled over near the intersection of Chauncy Street and Highland Avenue, Joshua Goodwin, 28, of Mansfield was arrested with a warrant and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with revoked registration, and having an uninsured motor vehicle. A 28-year-old female from Mansfield was issued a summons for allowing improper operation of a motor vehicle, allowing operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, and allowing operation of an unregistered motor vehicle.
