Police Log: Suspect in Car Theft Found in Mansfield, Assault, and More

May 5
8:39 a.m. - A 16-year-old juvenile received a summons for assault with a dangerous weapon.

1:29 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Rumford Avenue, a 24-year-old female from Mansfield received a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

9:12 a.m. - Yiannis Themistokleoys, 51, of Mansfield, was arrested on Walnut Street on a warrant.
9:32 a.m. - A 20-year-old female from North Attleboro received a summons on Atwood Street for criminal harassment.
1:41 p.m. - A 23-year-old was arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
7:16 p.m. - A 50-year-old from Mansfield received a summons for violating an abuse prevention order.
May 8
7:00 a.m. - After a crash near Stop and Shop on Chauncy Street, a 29-year-old from Mansfield received a summons for a learner’s permit violation
7:28 a.m. - A 911 caller on Fruit Street reported three males who approached her home and asked for a cell phone charger. At the time of the call, they were standing around the back of the caller's home. Another individual at the police station told police that three males approached her vehicle which was running in the driveway. They left when a neighbor walked outside. The three men told police that they were dropped off by a man from Brockton and they do not have a ride or a phone to call one. Police called the intended recipient of a “pay by plate” bills the suspects had. The person did not know the boys and said his girlfriend’s car was stolen the night before. Brockton police told Mansfield that the vehicle was stolen and was involved in a car crash on Route 138 in Raynham. The vehicle was unoccupied but police came into contact with four youths at a gas station on the street.
One juvenile left with DCF and the second juvenile left with his mother. The third suspect, Keith MacGreggor-Petit, 19, of Brockton, was charged with receiving stolen property over $250.
5:04 p.m. - A 20-year-old female from North Attleboro at Shaw’s on West Street received a summons for criminal harassment.
May 10
7:31 a.m. - A 40-year-old from Mansfield received a summons for assault and battery on a family or household member.
10:54 a.m. - A 26-year-old male from Norton received a summons at Shaw’s on West Street for shoplifting by asportation.
