Police Log: Throwing Ice, Speeding Vehicles, and More

January 5
12:11 a.m. - A caller reported a vehicle speeding past his house on Willow Street multiple times. The car was last seen with another vehicle following at high rates of speed, approximately 50 mph. The vehicle was not found during a search of the area.
4:57 p.m. - A caller reported two youths, about the age of 10, throwing rocks and ice at passing motorists on Francis Avenue. An officer located the youths, who admitted to their wrong doing. An officer spoke with a parent who said they would handle.

January 6
11:33 a.m. - A break-in was reported on Bonney Lane.

January 7
1:04 a.m. - A summons was issued to an 18-year-old male from Mansfield on Copeland Drive for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, not having a license in possession, and not having an inspection sticker.
