9:15 p.m. - Two motor vehicle break-ins were reported at Longhorn Steakhouse on West Street.

March 13

1:25 a.m. - While investigating a suspicious person at the intersection of Bella Vista Avenue and Central Street, Cassandra Orrell, 23, of Mansfield, was arrested with a warrant.

5:18 p.m. - A 70-year-old male at the Cheng Du on North Main Street was placed in protective custody.

March 14

4:34 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Route 140, Juan Jacinto, 38, of Mansfield, was arrested with a warrant and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

5:06 p.m. - A caller reported a disabled middle vehicle in an intersection on Route 140. The operator, a 29-year-old male from Hartford, CT, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
