Police Log: Yelling Obscenities, Warrant Arrests, and More
The following is from the Mansfield Police Log. Where arrests and charges are mentioned, they do not imply conviction.

October 8
12:35 a.m. - A caller reported a male in the Medline parking lot on West Street yelling obscenities. The male was seen walking towards the woods, refusing to speak to anyone while continuing to curse and yelling racial slurs at employees.
The male was picked up by police and returned to his home.

10:15 p.m. - Police Responded to a 911 call for a loud argument on Eddy Street. When police arrived at the home, there were no parents home watching the children at home. The kids said the parents were on a walk. After locating the parents on the bike path, Matthew Kuplast, 22, of Mansfield, was arrested with a warrant.

8:53 a.m. - Damian Ramos, 36, of Woonsocket, RI, was arrested with a warrant at Buffalo Wild Wings on School Street.
5:44 p.m. - Edward Mullaney, 45, of Mansfield, was arrested on Fulton Place and charged with a warrant.
6:54 p.m. - Candice Luciano, 23, of Mansfield, was arrested on Old Colony Way with a warrant.
October 11
11:27 a.m. - Tikki Lofton, 28, of Mansfield, was arrested and charged with having an uninsured motor vehicle.
9:15 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of North Main and East Streets, Christina Franceco, 22, of Foxborough, was arrested with a warrant.
