Police Log: Youths Starting Fire, Warrant Arrest, and More

November 11

1:06 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Old Elm Street and School Street, a juvenile was issued a summons for junior operator operating between midnight and 5 a.m. without a parent and speeding.

12:45 p.m. - Several callers reported a fire in the rear of a home on Curtin Street. When police arrived on the scene, witnesses reported seeing a group of kids running from the location. After locating the youths, a juvenile was issued a summons for negligently setting fire and causing injury to property.

7:00 p.m. - John Dinnocenzo, 29, of Mansfield was arrested with a default warrant.
