Prostitution Charge Against Woman in Mansfield Raid Dropped

A woman charged with prostitution in Mansfield has had a charge against here thrown out.

Hai Feng Liu, 47, will not face a charge of keeping a house of prostitution in Attleboro District Court according to the Sun Chronicle. She will, however, go to trial in September for allegedly offering sexual conduct for a fee.

In 2013, Feng Liu was arrested and stands accused of touching the groin of an undercover police officer after he paid her $70 at the now closed at the Wellness Club Body Works and Foot Massage on North Main Street.

Prosecutors say the business, which was shut down after a police raid, was actually a brothel.
