Prostitution Charges Against Mansfield Massage Parlor Owner Dismissed

The charges were dismissed in Attleboro District Court.

Prostitution charges against a man who ran a massage parlor in Mansfield have been dismissed by an Attleboro District Court Judge.

A. Wei Wu, 48, of Malden, had the charges dropped after his lawyer said a report by an undercover cop was not only given to him the afternoon before the trial, but also contradicted allegations from other police reports and a search warrant affidavit according to the Sun Chronicle.

Prosecutors are preparing a motion to request Judge Daniel O’Shea to reconsider his decision.
