Public Hearing for Chocolate Factor Renovation Scheduled

The plan calls for the factory to house apartments and commercial space.

MANSFIELD, MA - Apartments and commercial space could soon find a home in the former chocolate factory.

On March 9, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing for a special permit, according to the Sun Chronicle. If granted, the permit will allow Chocolate Factory LLC of Boston to convert the space.

The plan calls for 130 apartments and parking for up to 381 vehicles.
