Search Committee to Help Find Next Mansfield Town Manager
A committee of nine will screen the candidates.

MANSFIELD, MA — A search committee will help find the next Mansfield town manager, the selectmen decided Wedneday night.
The committee will have a similar makeup as other committees used to find past town managers and superintendents. The committee will consist of two selectmen, a school commitee memeber, a finance committee member, incoming superintendent Teresa Murphy, two town staff members, and two residents.
The board also showed an interest in using the Collins Center at the University of Massachusetts at Boston as part of the search. The center provides consultants and assistance with town manager searches.
