Selectmen Approve Fales Fuel Park Proposal
But the board wants to see how much the project will cost before starting the project.

MANSFIELD, MA — Selectmen in Mansfield have given their backing to a proposed park at the former Fales Fuel property on Old Colony Road, but they want to see how much it’s going to cost.
The board voted 3-0 Wednesday night to approve a concept proposed by a the Fales Oil Site Review Committee. Chairman George Dentino abstained from the vote and Selectman Frank Delvecchio was not present at the meeting.
As part of the motion, the committee must seek an estimate for construction and maintenance costs.
