Serious Crash at Route 106-140 Intersection Reported

Drivers were asked to avoid the area around Route 106 and 140 after a crash at the intersection.

A little after 2:30 p.m., Mansfield police and fire responded to a serious crash with injuries between a motorcycle and a car, according to Mansfield fire. Crews were at the intersection for about a half hour, clearing the scene around 3 p.m.

The operator of a motorcycle was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital for treatment.

The crash remains under investigation by Sgt. Michael Ellsworth and Officer Michael Fitzgerald.
