SEX OFFENDER MAP 2015: Where do Mansfield's Highest Ranking Sex Offenders Work and Live?

Mansfield has three Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in town, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ‘high risk’ to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

• Joseph Allen, 48, lives and works at 6 Erick Rd. #74. Convicted of two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older and two counts of rape of child with force in 1986.
• John Looney, 54, has 21 Erick Road #3A listed as an other address. Convicted of assault with intent to commit rape in 1992.
• Richard Linney, 37, works at 8 Windermere Dr. Convicted of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older in 2012 and rape and abuse of a child in 1998.
