Town Manager Finalists To Be Interviewed Monday Night
The three finalists will appear in front of the selectmen Monday night.

MANSFIELD, MA — The finalists for the Mansfield Town Manager opening go in front of the selectmen Monday night.
Interviews for the position start at 5 p.m. with former Stoughton Town Manager Michael Hartman. Mansfield Finance Committee Chairman Walter Wilk goes at 6 p.m. and outgoing Attleboro Mayor Kevin Dumas has the last interview at 7 p.m.
After the interviews, the board is scheduled to hold a discussion and possibly pick a new town manager. If a candidate is selected, the board will enter executive negotiation to discuss contract negotiations.

The town manager position has been vacant since March when Bill Ross abruptly resigned for reasons never publicly disclosed. Town Accountant and Finance Director John Stanbrook has been serving as the interim town manager.
All three interviews will be conducted in open session at Town Hall.
