Mansfield businessman Karl Clemmey is scheduled to go on trial next month after he allegedly tried to run over a town official.
Clemmey was charged assault with a deadly weapon after police said he tried to hit Town Planner Shaun Burke with his vehicle last year, according to the Sun Chronicle.
