Two Charged with Attempting to Rob Drug Dealer

MANSFIELD, MA — Two Mansfield residents face charges related to an alleged drug-related robbery.
Taren Webb, 23 and Robert Gildea, 19, were arraigned in Attleboro District Court Friday. They pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit armed robbery and are free on personal recognizance, according to The Sun Chronicle.
Police say the two attempted to help Shamell Ford, of Mansfield, rob a suspected drug dealer on Warren Avenue two weeks ago. Ford was arraigned on July 29 and charged with armed robbery.

Webb and Gildea are due back in court on Sept. 20.
