The veterans of foreign wars each year has an audio/essay scholarship program for $30,000 top prize for winner.This year theme is MY RESPONISIBILITY TO AMERICA. dead line is November 1,2016 to local post. All state winners receive an all expensive trip to Washington d.c. in march.
