WANTED: Man Who Stole Wallet Left At Mansfield Store

MANSFIELD, MA — Police are searching for a man who they say stole a wallet that was accidentally left at a convenience store.

On. Oct. 15, the victim told police that he accidentally left his wallet on the counter at Tedeschi Food Mart on Route 106. Minutes later, the pictured man walked to the register to pay for his Keno and scratch tickets and took the wallet while the clerk was grabbing the tickets, according to Mass. Most Wanted.

Police say the man later used the victim’s credit card at a Shell Gas Station.

The subject has a tattoo on both his upper arms, there may also be a tattoo or birthmark on the outside of his right calf. Police say he has a small build, light complexion, and is of short statue.
