Website Aims to Track Progress on Mansfield Public Safety/DPW Complex

The project is expected to take 32 months.

MANSFIELD, MA — Residents will be able to use a website to track the progress of the Mansfield Public Safety/DPW complex.

The town recently launched a website for the Mansfield Municipal Complex. The page was created by the Public Buildings Department and is designed to give Mansfield residents periodic updates about the construction of the new municipal complex at 500 East St.

Features include monthly progress updates, construction photos, information on the project team, and schedule.

The project is expected to take 32 months. The first part, the DPW building should be completed in 12 months with construction on the police and fire stations to start two weeks after the completion of the first phase.

The estimated cost for the project is about $34.9 million.
