When is the Last Day of School in Mansfield?

With all the snow and subsequent snow days we’ve had this winter, many have been asking, when is the last day of school in Mansfield?

While some school systems in Massachusetts are looking for ways to mitigate all the snow days by considering options including longer class days, Saturday classes and even cutting into April vacation in some cases, Mansfield is not one of them.

According to the updated school calendar, Mansfield’s last day of school will be June 24 as long as there are no more snow days.

Mansfield had five snow days originally in its school calendar and so far all five have been used. But don’t fear, Superintendent Zeffro Gianetti said at a recent school committee meeting that he does not expect to take extraordinary measures such as converting vacation days or school holidays back into school days.

Now let’s hope all this snow is melted by then.
