Two truck drivers stopped their tractor trailers in the high speed and middle lanes directly below the female in an attempt to stop traffic and prevent her from striking the highway should she jump. A third person exited his vehicle from the breakdown lane to warn approaching drivers of the hazard above and to render assistance. The male then climbed onto the top of the tractor trailer parked in the high speed lane and began talking to the woman.
