Alleged Heroin Dealer Slams Local Police Vehicle: One of the Marblehead Police Department's surveillance vehicles was reportedly damaged Thursday night when a pair of alleged heroin dealers attempted to flee the scene of a controlled drug buy on Putnam Street in Salem.
