5 Things You Need to Know Today: May 11

Today is Friday, May 11, and here are the five things you need to know:

1. Be prepared for some more wet weather today. The National Weather Service is predicting that local residents can expect showers between noon and 1pm, then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m. Today's high should be near 60. 2. If you're going to be near today, consider stopping by to check out the new fence and plantings that were put in Thursday afternoon.
