Tonight  should be partly cloudy, with a low around 42. (sunrise, 7:09 a.m.; high tide, 8:30 a.m.; low tide, 2:33 p.m.; sunset, 5:45 p.m.)

2. Get ready, Marblehead - Hollywood is coming back to town. As you've probably heard, Seinfeld creator and HBO star Larry David has been filming his new movie Clear History in cities and towns along the North Shore this fall, and now he has plans to come to Marblehead. 4. The Board of Selectmen did not vote on BYOB regulations at their meeting Wednesday night. Board members have been working with Assistant Town Counsel Lisa Mead to put together local regulations ever since Marblehead's new Mexican restaurant, Casa Corona, filed a request last month for permission to allow their patrons the option of bringing along their own alcohol beverages.
