8th Annual Veterans Town Hall Set For Marblehead's Abbot Hall
U.S. Rep. Seth Moulton will host the town hall forum where veterans can share their experiences and connect to the community.
MARBLEHEAD, MA — A annual event that brings North Shore veterans together to share their experiences of pride, grief and the how their wartime service shaped their lives will return to Marblehead's Abbot Hall for an eighth year on Veterans Day.
U.S. Rep Seth Moulton (D-Salem) will host the Annual Veterans Town Hall starting at noon on Friday as both veterans and non-veterans are invited to hear current and former servicemen and women share experiences and connect with the community.
The Veterans Town Hall is based on the concept of Sebastian Junger ("The Perfect Storm") where veterans are encouraged to stand before their community and speak about what it was like to serve their country so that all in attendance can gain knowledge and perspective.
