American Flag Reported Stolen from Pole Outside School

Friday, May 15
At 9:22 a.m., an American flag was reported taken from the pole in front of the middle school.
At 9:50 a.m., a man reported that he had been involved in a motor vehicle crash the night before. He said he left the scene because both drivers were “hot headed,” and he wanted to go home and ask his parents what he should do. He did not have any of the info on the other vehicle.

At 11:13 a.m., a man reported that an elderly woman in the roadway asked him whether he was there to take things down in the house. He replied that he was not and called dispatch as he was driving away as he was concerned for the woman’s well being. The caller agreed to stay in the area and keep an eye on the woman until police arrived. The woman was transported to the hospital.
At 10:31 p.m., a man reported that he witnessed a possible break-in attempt at his neighbor’s home. The person did not gain access and left the area.
