 5^th ANNUAL LOGO CONTEST

 The logo should depict the 4thof July celebration, West Beach, Farms/Prides area or any patriotic graphic that is associated with the holiday.

The designer of the winning logo will be awarded a cash prize of $150. The winning logo will also receive wide visibility on our web site, promotional materials and will be reproduced for sale as limited edition framed art, tee shirts, sweatshirts and other items to raise funds for the 2013 Farms-Prides 4th of July celebration.

Eligibility:

• You must be a resident, student, employee OR an art association member in Essex County.
• All ages are welcome.
• You must fill out and sign the entry form.
• Your logo will become the sole property of the Farms-Prides 4th of July Committee.

Design Rules:

  Your logo must:

• Represent the Farms-Prides 4th of July celebration
• Be your own original art
• Be mounted on 8” x 10” foam core board
• Include the following information on the back of the entry: your name, phone number, email address (if applicable), street address
• Include the words:  Farms-Prides 4th of July 2013 (can be 2 lines)
• Be two colors only (black is a color; two shades of a color is two colors)
• Be legible in various sizes (from a coffee mug to a poster)
• Be adaptable to use on a colored background
• Be adaptable to clothing, printing and embroidery
• Be a hardcopy only (no digital applications this year)
• Limit of 3 logos per artist please

All entries must be received by mail no later than Monday, January 14th, 2013
